Adega dos Frades
The name "Adega dos Frades" is an homage to one of the most important rooms of the Monastery of Batalha, the cloister D. João I, where the friars exchanged prayers for their meals.
With a refined and cozy atmosphere, this is the place to go for a business meal or for the most diverse festive occasions.
The letter from our restaurant shows inspiration in the gastronomy and local traditions from which we highlight surprises such as the puré de chícharo (a legume recently rehabilitated by the region), octopus in olive oil from “Pia do Urso”, tart apple tart from Alcobaça, the traditional breeze of lis or the warm strawberry soup.
